My POV blinken [lights]

This is the blinken [lights] POV (persistence of vision).
It has eight LEDs which can "draw" text and graphics into the air.
It also has a serial port connector and an EEPROM for future expansions.
The microcontroller is a Microchip PIC 16F648A.
